Special Prepayment Option
Rota & Smith Dental Center can offer you an additional savings on the full amount of treatment with prepayment. Prepayment option must be made by cash or check prior to your appointment and these options is only good for 30 days from the consultation.

Three-Payment Option
This option can help you space out your payment for services over a three month period of time. Please call us for more details if you have interest in this option.

We can help you qualify for a one-year interest free loan through one of our financial partners. The application process takes just a few minutes and you will find out your approved amount instantly. You can choose the flexibility of making payments monthly or to pay one lump sum.

Dental Insurance
While we do not participate in any insurance plans, we will do everything possible to help you maximize your insurance benefits. We ask that you pay us directly and we will be happy to submit your insurance paperwork at the time of treatment. Most insurance companies will typically pay the patient faster than the office providing treatment; payment is usually received within 2 to 3 weeks!
